What a beautiful day in New England. Sunny and warm! I just wanted to be outside.
The family lunch was a little different this year, which was very nice since Grams just passed two weeks ago. We went to the Abbey Grill run by the culinary school. The food was fantastic and the visit very pleasant. The kids even seemed to have a good time. The boys playing Star Wars and the girls tried to keep up with them in between bites of desert.
So many things I had hoped to make for the holiday and with the craziness of life didn't get to do 95% of what I had hoped. Mom did get a card and a domino. The kids and Dave and myself finally got to the craft project I had planned only this morning. I will upload some pics... the kids did a great job. I really hope things settle some so we have more time as a family to do more fun things.
