A really quick card a designed for a little friend's 9th. She loves dogs so I used Paper Pups and Elegant Edges for the card base and mat. I just love Elegant Edges...definitely a grab first for me. Hope you like.
Absolutely love this card. I used SU stamp set Pedaling Past and SU paper, not sure about the DP.
